Minimal, Mindful.

Urban Shelter was inspired by my time in Japan, where I discovered a new way of living. This project blends Zen practice with philosophy, creating a cohesive aesthetic that reflects peace and balance in the modern world. Focused on thoughtful branding and packaging, Urban Shelter speaks to the need for calm and clarity in our fast-paced lives. Rooted in minimalism and mindful living, it aims to promote both physical and conceptual well-being, offering a retreat where people can find respite and reflect amidst the demands of everyday life.

The design is inspired by the go-shiki-maku (五色幕) flags traditionally used in Japanese temples, which symbolize the harmony of elements in Buddhism—blue for water, yellow for earth, red for fire, white for air, and green for wood. These colors represent balance, spirituality, and the interconnectedness of life. In our brand, they become a metaphor for the diverse strengths we bring together, merging ancient wisdom with modern creativity. Just as the flags invite reflection and mindfulness, our brand encourages thoughtful innovation and harmony in every project.
